Ingredients:

For the mass:

2 cups of wheat flour

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup of cold water

1 salt pizza

For the filling:

4 apples peeled and cut into cubes

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a large pain, mix the flour and salt. Add the oil and mix with a fork until you get a sandy dough. Add the cold water and mix until the dough is smooth.
  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place it in a tart pan.
  • In another pain, mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
  • Pour the apple mixture into the tart pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are tender.
  • Let cool before serving.
